The problem

The call ends hot.
The proposal goes cold.

Every proposal should move a deal forward, not slow it down. But most teams still rebuild them by hand: re-listening to calls, digging through transcripts, copying pricing into three places, and reformatting the SOW while the prospect's interest quietly fades.

Wyn knows your business: services, rate card, proof and real terms. It files every call, email and note with the client, drafts in your template, and cites every line. You review, approve and send.

How it works

Connect, confirm, approve.

  1. Step 1

    Connect

Paste or upload a call today. Meeting recorders, forwarded email threads and HubSpot notes are coming soon.

  2. Step 2

    Deal Room

Wyn files every interaction with a client in one place and extracts the facts with quotes.

  3. Step 3

    Confirm

Check the deal summary: who, pains, asks, budget, timeline, objections.

  4. Step 4

    Draft

A Problem, Plan, Payoff proposal in your template, numbers from your rate card.

  5. Step 5

    Approve

Resolve anything unverified, then you send. Nothing goes out on its own.

Every claim cited

Every line traces to your client or your Library, or it is flagged.

Honestly, we have already budgeted for a fix this quarter.

Discovery call · 14:32 · Sam, Acme Corp
  • Citation chips on every line

Tap or hover a sentence to see the quote, who said it and when. Wyn cites meetings, email threads, CRM notes, past proposals and your Library.

  • Prices come from your rate card

Totals, payment schedules and ROI are computed by code from your rates and the numbers the client gave. The model writes prose, never a price.

  • Unverified means blocked

Anything Wyn cannot source is flagged in the editor and blocks sending until you resolve it or accept it on the record.

  • You approve every send

There is no auto-send. A proposal leaves your workspace only when you click send.

Templates

Four launch templates, rendered in your brand.

Every template keeps the Problem, Plan, Payoff order and puts the Investment page after the payoff.

Problem, Plan, Payoff

A methodology, not a mad lib.

Every proposal follows your branded Problem, Plan, Payoff methodology, grounded in APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) best practices: the client's situation in their own words, a concrete plan, and the payoff before the price, with each claim traced to the call and customer relationship.

  1. 1

    Problem

The client's situation in their own words, quoted and cited.

  2. 2

    Plan

A concrete scope, phases and timeline.

  3. 3

    Payoff

Outcomes and ROI from the numbers the client gave, before the price.

  4. 4

    Investment

Core and optional items the client can toggle, totals from your rate card.

Interview questions

Questions to ask Wyn.

How does Wyn build a proposal?

It files your calls, emails and notes into a Deal Room, extracts the facts with quotes, asks you to confirm the deal summary, then drafts a Problem, Plan, Payoff proposal inside your template. You review, approve and send.

Can it make things up?

It is built not to. Every client-facing claim carries a citation to a meeting, email, note or Library item. Anything it cannot source is flagged as unverified and blocks sending until you resolve it.

Where do prices come from?

From your rate card and the numbers the client stated, calculated by deterministic code. The model never writes a price, total, ROI figure or date.

Will it ever send without me?

Never. There is no auto-send. You approve every proposal and press send yourself.

Which tools does it connect to?

At launch you paste or upload transcripts and sign with the built-in click-to-accept. Coming soon: Read.ai, Fathom, Granola, Fireflies and Gong for meetings; DocuSign, PandaDoc, SignWell, BoldSign, OpenSign and Wet Sign for signatures; HubSpot; and a forwarding inbox for email threads.

Who sees my data?

Your firm's workspace is scoped to your organization. Jake, your Forward Deployed Engineer, can view it only to help you. Anthropic processes the text to draft and verify; it is not used to train models. Transcripts and emails are treated as untrusted input that never triggers an action on its own.

What does the Forward Deployed Engineer do?

Jake onboards you, builds your first proposals with you, sets up templates and connections, and stays reachable by phone. Free on every plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel your plan from Billing at any time. Free stays free.

Your next call could end with a proposal ready to sign.
